Tarte's Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush

10:29 a.m.

A long-wearing, supremely soft blush infused with Amazonian clay harvested from the banks of the Amazon River and naturally baked by the sun.

Amazonian clay minimizes oil in and around pores to balance skin and keep product in place while also hydrating the skin naturally to restore moisture, reducing the appearance of dry, flaky skin.
Product performance: This 12-hour blush universally benefits all skin types for a fade-free, flawless finish in shades ranging from soft to vivid and matte to shimmer to suit a wide variety of skin tones.

Hello everyone! Todays review is about Tarte's Amazonian Clay blush , i've heard a lot of it, so i decided to give it a try.

Let's see what the brand claims:
A long-wearing, supremely soft blush infused with Amazonian clay harvested from the banks of the Amazon River and naturally baked by the sun.

Amazonian clay minimizes oil in and around pores to balance skin and keep product in place while also hydrating the skin naturally to restore moisture, reducing the appearance of dry, flaky skin.
Product performance: This 12-hour blush universally benefits all skin types for a fade-free, flawless finish in shades ranging from soft to vivid and matte to shimmer to suit a wide variety of skin tones.

I believe this 'Amazonian clay' it's the same as the usual clay we see in a lot of stuff nowadays , but of course one their properties is to minimize oil.
The shade I bought was Blushing Bride, a plumy-rose, if you swatch it with your fingers it looks super strong, but when you add it to your cheeks it looks super natural, like you're really blushing, i really love that natural finish. In particular, this shade isn't matte, it has a little bit of shimmer, but nothing exaggerated and doesn't look powdery or cakey.
About the longevity, I wore it 12 hours and it lasted really well, I must mention it was a cloudy, fresh day and my cheek area isn't oily at all.
The hidratation that says the brand I would say is really nice, my cheek area it's dry from time to time and with this blush it looks great, nothing patchy,
Tarte has a wide range of colors, so I guess you'll find a great shade for you! I have medium skin and blushing bride looks super natural.
Would I buy it again? Sure, I'd love to try some different shades.
Have you tried this? What do you think?
