Hi! Today post is not a review, this are a few recommendations I'm going to give you for proper skin care, specially if you have acne or you're struggling with an oily face like me. This recommendations were given by an specialist dermatologist, and I totally can corroborate them as a med student who has read a lot of papers about acne.

Morning routine:
Wash face: these are some recommendations : Bioderma's gel soap Sebium or Cetaphil (this last it's a great budget soap, but I would only recommend it if your face is super oily, otherwise it might dry it out)

Apply sola protection: this step is really important, every time you go put you should apply it about every for hours, by using this you will prevent hyper-pigmentation and skin cancer of course. Be sure to use one specific for the face.

Moisture: I use Clinique's dramatically different moisturizer.

Make up: this one is important too( well everything is ) be sure when you buy your make up that it says Oil Free, non comedogenic (it means this won't broke you out or it shouldn't) you can check in the internet if the product doesn't tell you, my dermatologist forbid me to use Mac, sad I know. When I go to school I only use concealer (Origins, Quick, hide!) and a Neutrogena powder, I also use Laura Mercier's blush.

Night routine:
Make up remover: never forget to clean your make up before sleeping, I use bioderma's micellar water of the Sebium Line, this won't remove very well your mascara so u will have to use other too

Wash face: the same as in the morning.

I also use some acne treatment but for that you should go to a dermatologist

  4. If you are using a micellar water to remove your makeup, ensure to do a second cleanse since micellar waters do not remove it all in one go.
